Privacy notice
Effective 23 September 2026. DISORDERLY LLC operates disorderly.ai. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or an access, correction or deletion request.
What we collect and why
The waitlist stores your email, confirmation and invitation status, position and any linked wallet. Council applications also store your name and statement. We use these for confirmations, project communications, selection and mint eligibility. An email hash used for indexing is not anonymization; the service also needs the email to contact you.
The game creates a pseudonymous player account and stores a callsign, run inputs, scores, timing, verification and review results. Linking a wallet associates it with that account. We use this information to operate leaderboards, replay runs and review eligibility. Sessions, local practice records and preferences use browser storage.
Wallet sign-in records and signed authorizations support ownership checks and governance. Proposals, ballots, reasoning, work evidence, recipient addresses and payout amounts may be published. Do not submit private information in material intended for a public governance record.
What is public
Game callsigns, scores and replays are public. Final allowlists disclose wallet addresses and qualification sources; selected applicant names may appear in those sources. Governance and payout records can be published on the site, Ethereum and Arweave. Waitlist emails and private application contact details are not intended for public display.
Service providers
Hosting, database, email and network providers process information needed to run the service. The deployment uses DigitalOcean, Cloudflare and Resend; blockchain and model services support wallet and agent features. Network providers can receive IP addresses and connection information. Agent prompts and research requests are processed by model and search providers; public governance submissions can be included in those prompts. External wallet, explorer, marketplace and archive sites have their own privacy practices.
Retention and requests
For new-format governance records, restricted application-visible model requests, responses and source originals are retained for 12 months after the related cycle closes; backup copies expire within 30 additional days. Public decision records remain available. Transport credentials are excluded from these records. Authorized review access is logged, and accounting or legal records requiring longer retention are handled separately.
Private account, application and review records are retained to operate the service, resolve eligibility disputes and meet business or legal obligations. Other account and application records do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion schedule. Contact us to request review of retention or removal; we may need to verify control of the relevant email or wallet. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or abuse-prevention reasons. Public blockchain and permanent archive records cannot be erased by this website, and others may retain copies of public material.
To stop project emails or request removal from the waitlist, email [email protected] from the address concerned. Clearing browser storage removes the local session from that browser; it does not delete server records and can interrupt access to an unlinked game account.
