Game and allowlist rules

Effective 25 September 2026. These rules describe disorderly Run qualification for permission to mint, not a cash prize or a free NFT. Playing and practice are free. Minting requires payment at the published price and availability under the final allowlist and mint window.

Season and deadline

Season end TBD. The previous October 9 deadline has been extended. The server currently uses 31 December 2026 at 23:59:59.999 UTC as a provisional cutoff. This is not a confirmed season closing date or mint date. The final deadline and mint schedule will be announced before qualification closes. A run must finish and its submission reach the server within the season window. Starting before the deadline is not enough. Runs use server receipt time, not the phone's clock. Daily periods are UTC days. Practice runs never qualify.

The current mint qualification window starts on 14 September 2026, the game-build cutover, and ends at the season deadline. Only runs from the current simulation qualify. The final manifest states the derivation window. Any future season or material rules change will be published before its affected competition begins.

Ranking and review

The server replays inputs and derives the score. Each player account has one entry per period: its highest eligible run. Higher scores rank first; equal scores use the earlier server submission time, then the run identifier for an exact timestamp tie. A later ineligible or rejected best does not erase an earlier eligible run.

Public boards are provisional. Winners require human replay review. Automation, manipulated submissions and other invalid runs can be rejected; the remaining entries are renumbered. Retired-build runs are excluded. A flagged run may appear while awaiting review. A review must be approved before it can produce an allowlist allocation. Contact [email protected] with the run link to request a review of an eligibility decision before roots are finalized.

Qualification and capacity

The season's top five qualifying player entries earn council allowlist eligibility; daily top-five entries earn operator eligibility. Repeated wins do not create multiple tokens for the same wallet. Multiple player entries linked to one wallet collapse to a single allocation, not extra spots. A council allocation takes priority over an operator allocation.

Council applications are selected by the operator. Any additional reserved allocations must have their source recorded in the final manifest. The operator waitlist cutoff is at most the capacity remaining after unique qualified or reserved operator wallets, excluding council wallets. Position means the original waitlist position, subject to email confirmation and wallet linking. A missing confirmation or wallet does not count as a completed allocation.

Invitations will state the wallet-link deadline before final roots are set. Until linking and review are complete, eligibility is provisional. Each wallet must be linked through the signed flow. Final lists cannot exceed 100 council and 1,011 operator wallets. Lists and hashes are published when roots are set. Mint within the stated allowlist window; unused operator supply may then open publicly. Council minting remains allowlist-only.

Disclosures

The game collects and publishes callsigns, scores and replays as described in the privacy notice. An allowlist spot has no promised resale value or financial return. A provisional board is not a promise of a token before review, wallet linking and payment. Service outages and disputed results must be resolved transparently before finalizing affected allocations.
